Just wanted to share this with you! I love it! This is a low-fat cream cheese made partly with Greek Yogurt. Have the fat of cream cheese and 2x's the protein. It is full of yumminess that holds me over til lunch. I spread a couple tablespoons on a 100% Whole Wheat English muffin and top it with some tomato slices and cracked pepper.
